Carmelita A. Burgess respectfully known as Prophetess Aldrena Burgess is a native of

Greenville, SC where she is known in the community and abroad for her direct and

honest approach. She is a highly respected and anointed Woman of God who loves all

people with the love of Christ. Prophetess Burgess Ministry began when she was just 9

teaching Sunday school class and singing on the choir. She was discipled and

mentored in ministry at God Chosen Assembly Church under the direction of Apostle

Bertha Terry, Bishop Bruce Bufford, and Prophet Corey Terry. She began her preaching

ministry of the gospel since 2003 in Baltimore, MD, however she received her licensed

to preach the gospel in 2009 under the leadership of Dr. Blakely N. Scott of First

Nazareth Baptist Church in Columbia, SC. In 2010 Prophetess Burgess founded Yaweh

Ministries as a ministry that would assist in creating holy connections and promoting the

gospel through events, conferences, seminars and small groups to help support those

in ministry as well as give them a platform to use their spiritual gifts. In 2017 was

ordained and received the Office of Prophet under the leadership of Apostles David and

Angela Holloway of Open Door Ministries in Simpsonville, SC. Prophetess is a dynamic

teacher and preacher of God’s Word, Prophetic Dancer, Psalmist and Intercessor. She

hold the Office of Prophet as she operates heavily in the apostolic and believes in

equipping those in the Kingdom with the Word of God while utilizing her gifts.

Prophetess Burgess is the Founder and Senior Leader of The Dwelling Place Ministry in

Irmo, SC. She is also the visionary of The Prophets Altar, an intercessory ministry for

the nations. Prophetess Burgess is the wife of Bro. Phillip M. Burgess and the mother of

4 beautiful children Chandler Bryant, Monae Burgess, Carson Burgess and Malaysia

Burgess. Prophetess Burgess has a B.S. in Human Services & Human Resource and a

Masters of Public Administration and is currently pursuing her PhD. She serves a

Director of Risk Management & Performance improvement and Financial Advisor. Her

favorite scripture is Romans 8:18, For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time

are not worthy to be compared to the GLORY, which shall be revealed in us.
